Billing

Manage your subscription, view invoices, and track AI usage from your billing settings page.

Only the organization owner can access the billing page.

What's on This Page

The billing page is organized into five sections:

Current Subscription

At the top of the page, you'll see your active subscription card showing:

  • Your current plan name and status badge
  • Billing period start and end dates
  • Projected next billing amount
  • Quick actions to manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription

You can also click View Features to see a full breakdown of what's included in your current plan.

Account Balance

The balance card shows your current account credit balance and lets you add funds:

  • Current balance — The amount available to offset future invoices
  • Top up — Click to add funds via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)
  • Recent top-ups — A list of your latest top-up transactions with status indicators

Your balance is automatically deducted from your next invoice. If your balance fully covers the invoice amount, no payment is charged.

You can also top up your balance directly from the user dropdown menu at the bottom of the sidebar — click the Top up button next to your balance.

Available Plans

Below your subscription card, browse all available plans and switch between monthly and annual pricing. From here you can upgrade, downgrade, or start a new subscription.

Invoices

A searchable table of all your past invoices, including transaction IDs, amounts, dates, and downloadable PDF links.

AI Token Usage

A detailed breakdown of your AI token consumption by model, with costs in USD. Use the date range picker to filter usage for any period up to 93 days.
