Overview
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a legally required contract under GDPR between you (the data controller) and Yaplet (the data processor). It defines how personal data is handled, stored, and protected.
Signing the DPA is restricted to organization owners.
How to Sign
- Go to Settings → Data Processing Agreement
- Click Sign DPA
- The agreement is signed instantly using your account details
After signing, the page shows your signing status including signer name, email, date, and DPA version.
Download a Copy
Once signed, click Download PDF to save a copy for your records. You can also view the full legal text by clicking View legal text.
Re-signing
If Yaplet updates its DPA (new version), you can re-sign at any time by clicking Re-sign DPA. The new signature replaces the previous one, and the updated version number is displayed.
Keep a downloaded PDF copy of each signed version for your compliance records.
